In the Manage Forms app, you can now create forms with multiple periods and multiple fiscal years in rows and columns. To include multiple periods and multiple fiscal years in a form, you must select periodic as the period mode. In the Enter Package Data app, you can now enter data in multiple periods and multiple fiscal years within one form. This is helpful for tasks such as processing 12 months of budget data, working with 5 year plan data, entering statistical and non-financial data at year-end, and financial restatements between different periods within the same fiscal year. |

Navigate between forms within a package |
In the Manage Forms app, when you create or edit a form, you can now add links to other forms within the same package. In the Enter Package Data app, this allows you to go from one form to another within the same package. When a cell contains a link to another form, a purple triangle is displayed on the left bottom corner of the cell that contains the link. With a right-click on the cell, the linked forms are shown and you can select the form that you want to open. The form opens based on the filters set for that form and these can be changed before choosing Go. |
