Evaluation of Ad Spec Master Reminder Dates

Use

This function is used to determine ad and online items using the reminder dates for the assigned ad spec masters and display these in a list.

Prerequisites

The ad or online items for which no ad spec masters have been received are to be identified.

You have entered ad spec masters for ad specs and sub ad specs.

Features

This function has a selection and display screen.

Selection

The following selection criteria are available to you on the selection screen:

  • Reminder date

  • Incomplete ad spec master status

  • Layout and print options

The system defines the reminder date as today’s date and does not select the incomplete indicator.

If you retain today’s date and do not select the incomplete indicator, the system displays all ad spec masters with a reminder date that is earlier or the same as the reminder date specified and for which no status has been entered. The system does not display ad spec masters with a reminder date that is earlier or identical to the reminder date specified and for which the incomplete , complete , forwarded , completed or returned status has been entered.

If you retain today’s date and select the incomplete indicator, the system displays all ad spec masters with a reminder date that is earlier or the same as the reminder date specified and for which the incomplete status has been entered.

Selection is sales area-independent.

Layout and print options control the way in which the list is displayed. If you have saved a display variant when making a selection, you can use it again in subsequent selections.

Display

The system displays ad spec masters that match the selection criteria in a list on the display screen. The list is sorted in ascending order by reminder date and sales document number. You can however use the Sort and Display variant functions to sort this differently.

Standard SAP List Viewer functions are available to you for editing the list. These include the following:

Access a dialog box from the list and display details of the selected ad spec master.

Change ad spec masters

Access the ad spec master from the list and change the ad spec master data.

Change ad spec master data that you cannot change in the list and navigate in the sales document when changing this data.

The system displays all ad spec masters that have been entered for ad specs or sub ad specs.

You can only change an ad spec master in the ad spec master list if the sales document for which the ad spec master has been entered has not been blocked by another user.

The list must be generated again to display the changed ad spec master in the ad spec master list.
