Determination of Responses

This function is used to determine responses with a resubmission date that has expired.

Features

This function has a selection and display screen.

You enter the resubmission date on the selection screen. The system uses the current date to define the resubmission date.

If you execute the selection, the system displays a list of all box numbers on the display screen with a resubmission date that is earlier or identical to the resubmission date specified.

The system displays the following data for each box number:

  • Order and item number

  • Resubmission date

  • Box number indicator

  • Box number location

You can print or edit the list from this screen. If you edit the list on the screen, you can access response management and send responses for the box number selected or enter a collection date.
