Standard Content Model for Public Sector
Use
SAP delivers some standard Content Models of its own for the elements of the generic Service Providers for Records and Case Management. You receive attributes, including those required by DOMEA. (The DOMEA concept is a catalog of requirements for electronic records in German authorities).
SAP does not deliver its own content models for notes and administration data of paper documents. The reason for this is that notes and administration data of paper documents are stored using the same content model that is used for normal documents.
The name of a content model is the value for the Connection Parameters of the corresponding service providers. You require this for creating an Element Type.
The following table gives an overview of the content models SAP delivers for Records and Case Management. You have to enter the name LOIO class as a value for the connection parameter DOCUMENT_CLASS when you set up the element types.
