You use this report to list the employees who leave the company in the specified period and display the payroll results of retirement allowance and retirement liquidation.

Prerequisites

Only you activate Rehiring following Retirement, the report can calculate the payroll result from the Retirement Allowance infotype (3204) and the correction run.

Features

The report processes the wage types stored in the Additional Payments infotype (0015) and the Retirement Allowance infotype (3204) to calculate the retirement allowance amount and retirement liquidation for the current period or for the next period.

Output

  • Amount Calculation

    Displays the amount of retirement allowance entered either in the infotype 0015 or infotype 3204

  • Retirement Allowance

    Shows whether retirement allowance calculation has been performed in payroll and also shows the calculation results of the retirement allowance.

  • Retirement Liquidation Current

    Shows whether retirement liquidation has been performed for the current period and also shows the results of the retirement liquidation payroll calculation in the current period.

  • Retirement Liquidation Next

    Shows whether retirement liquidation has been performed and shows the results of the retirement liquidation payroll calculation from the correction run or liquidation payroll in the next period.
