The following separate spool access authorizations exist in the SAP System:

The authorizations for output devices define which users can generate output requests for which output device.

You can assign the following authorizations to administrators with system authorizations:

Defining and managing output devices, spools servers, and output management systems

Defining and managing device types, formats, and other objects in the spool system.
