Replicate Sales Contracts

You can replicate sales contracts from SAP ERP to SAP Sales Cloud Version 2.

Procedure

  1. In SAP Sales Cloud Version 2 create the communication configuration with the Integrate Sales Contracts with SAP ERP template, the Replicate Contract from SAP ERP inbound configuration, and the required communication system and value mapping.
  2. In SAP Cloud Integration, do the following:
    1. Copy the SAP Sales Cloud Version 2 Integration of Sales Processes with SAP ERP integration package.
    2. Deploy the security credentials.
    3. Configure and deploy the Replicate Contract from SAP ERP integration flow.
  3. In SAP ERP, do the following:
    1. Run the RCOD_CREATE_CONNECTIVITY_SIMPL report and select Do you want to replicate contracts from SAP ERP to your cloud solution?.
      The report generates the endpoint /cxf/ERP/COD/COD_CONTRACT_CREATEFROM_DAT_COD_CONTRACT_CREATEFROM_DAT01.
    2. Modify the generated endpoint to /cxf/ERP/CNS/COD_REPLICATE_CONTRACT.
