Finnish Vacation Planning Report (HFILVAC0)
Use
This function enables you to obtain information on employee vacation entitlements for a selected period. The report generates information on the:
Total accrued vacation days
Vacation days deducted
Remaining Vacation days
NoteThe report generates this information only for single Finnish Vacation year, and not across multiple Vacation Years. The Finnish Vacation Year lies between April 01 of one calendar year and March 31 of the next calendar year.

screen appears.Enter the relevant selection criteria.
Specify the
Absence Quotas
for which you want to obtain the employee holiday entitlements.To generate the report, choose

.The Finnish Vacation Planning Report screen appears and it displays the following employee wise information:
The absence quota and the type of absence taken by the employee.
The total absence entitlement under an absence quota, the number of absences taken by the employee, and the absence days to which the employee is still entitled.
The periods in which the employee took the absences.
