Monthly salary is either paid as normal monthly salary, or monthly salary is deducted and vacation salary is paid instead. Vacation bonuses from quota 96 are paid once or twice a year using program HFIIABP0, available from the SAP Easy Access menu under  Human Resources Payroll Europe Finland Subsequent activities Annual Others Mass Update of Vacation Bonus Payments .

Vacation salary is paid in the regular payroll run with the vacation bonus when the vacation occurs. Absence type 0100 is used to enter vacation absence in infotype 2001.
