Displaying Objects for an Outline Agreement

Use

If a maintenance plan has been created for an outline agreement item, you can define a period of time for the outline agreement or for the outline agreement item, and display the objects available. You can display the following objects:

  • Maintenance items

  • Maintenance plan calls as a list or graphic

  • Notifications

  • Orders

Procedure

  1. Choose Start of the navigation path Logistics Next navigation step Service management Next navigation step Contracts and planning End of the navigation path and then Start of the navigation path Contracts Next navigation step Contract Next navigation step Environment evaluations Next navigation step Evaluation End of the navigation path .

  2. You reach the initial evaluation screen.

  3. Enter the necessary data and select the objects which you want to display for the outline agreement or the outline agreement item.

  4. Choose Execute .

  5. The system displays the objects for the first object group selected (for example, maintenance items).

  6. Use Back to return each time to the objects for the next object group selected.
