Displaying Orders or Notifications If a maintenance call has the status

confirmed
, a maintenance call object (here: plant maintenance order, service order, plant maintenance notification or service notification) exists in the system for this maintenance call. You can display maintenance call objects from the call history or from the maintenance plan.
In the Maintenance Planning Menu, choose
The initial screen for scheduling a maintenance plan appears.
From the .
The call history with the scheduled maintenance calls for the current system date appears.
If you would like to display older maintenance plans, choose and enter your required selection date.
The system displays the appropriate list for the selection date entered.
Select the maintenance call for which you would like to display the maintenance call object and choose
Depending on the number of maintenance items that have been assigned to the maintenance plan, one of the following screens appears:

The initial screen for editing and displaying a maintenance plan appears.
Enter the number of the maintenance plan that you would like to change or display.
Depending on the number of maintenance items that have been assigned to the maintenance plan, one of the following screens appears:
