Closing Health Surveillance Protocols

Use

When a health surveillance protocol is no longer going to be used in your company, you can close it. A closed protocol retains its status.

Health surveillance protocols can be closed as from the current date or from a date in the future.

Procedure

  1. In the Occupational Health menu , choose Start of the navigation path Basic Data Next navigation step Health Surveillance Protocols Next navigation step Edit Health Surveillance Protocols End of the navigation path .

    A table containing the existing health surveillance protocols appears.

  2. Call the protocol that you want to close by double-clicking it.

    The detail screen for the health surveillance protocol appears .

  3. Choose Close with the quick info text Close Protocol .

    Confirm the dialog box that appears and then confirm the current date or enter a date that lies in the future.

Result

You have closed the health surveillance protocol.
