Printing Medical Certificates

Use

When you close a medical service, the print screen for the relevant medical certificate appears automatically. However, if you want to generate and print the medical certificate at a later time, proceed as follows:

Requirements

You have closed the medical service.

Procedure

  1. In the Occupational Health menu, choose Start of the navigation path Medical Services Next navigation step Overview Medical Services End of the navigation path.

    A list of the medical services already opened appears.

  2. Select the medical service for which you want to print the certificate and choose Start of the navigation path Medical Service Next navigation step Print End of the navigation path.

  3. In the Print Function Selection dialog box, select Medical certificate for medical service and confirm your entry.

  4. Enter print parameters as required and choose Print.

    You can also print out the certificate from the detail view of a medical service.
