Assigning a Mobile Component to Multiple Devices

Prerequisites

You have:

Uploaded the mobile component to the Data Orchestration Engine (DOE).
Logged on to the SAP NetWeaver Mobile Administrator.

Context

You can assign an additional mobile component to multiple devices based on your requirement. For example, to enable application users to print data from their respective mobile applications, you must assign the required printer driver.

Procedure

Choose Administration .
Under Software Package Management , choose Mobile Component Administration .
Under Search Mobile Components , enter the required search criteria and choose Go .
From Search Results , choose the required mobile component.
In the Operations screen area, choose Assignment to Device(s) .
Under Search Devices , enter the required search criteria and choose Go .
From Search Results , select the required devices and choose Add Selected Device(s) .
Note
- To assign all the devices, choose Add All Devices .
- To remove existing devices, from Assigned Devices , select the required devices and choose Remove Selected Device(s) . To remove all the devices, choose Remove All Devices .
Choose Save .
