Scheduling a Background Job

Prerequisites

You have defined the required variant.

Log on to the SAP NetWeaver AS and start transaction S DOE _ BG_JOB_MONITOR .
Expand the required job.
Double-click schedule job.
In the Job Name field, enter a name for the job.
Choose Schedule Job .
Select the required variant and choose Schedule .
Choose the required schedule.

Note

If you have not defined a variant, the system prompts you to create a variant. To do this, choose Create Variant .
