Security for Web Dynpro Testing

Use

To be able to record Web Dynpro Tests, Web Dynpro xml rendering has to be allowed in the tested system. This xml rendering should only be allowed in test systems without critical data.

Procedure

Proceed as follows to allow xml rendering in the tested system:

• 1. Start URL https://<host>:<port>/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/wd_global_settting

• 2. Go to change mode.

• 3. Activate the parameter WDENABLEXBCMLCLIENT by clicking the checkbox.
