Use

This function reverses the dissolution of ineffective hedging relationships carried out using the function Retrospective Effectiveness Assessment: Dissolve Ineffective Hedging Relationships. It lists all the hedging relationships that correspond to your selection criteria. If you select a data record and choose Reverse , the system reverts to the version of the hedging relationship that existed before the dissolution.
