Adding General Details to tModels, Business Entities or Services

Choose Publish .

Enter user name and password for the SAP NetWeaver AS for Java and choose OK .

The page for publishing is loaded.

Choose Retrieve my tModels for adding details to tModels or Retrieve my Businesses for business entities and services.

A list of all tModels or business entities and business services that are published by your user to the registry is displayed.

Select your entity.

A screen with details is displayed.

You can perform the following activities for your tModel, business entity, and business service:

• Change name:

  • Select Name and choose Edit .

  • Enter the new name and optionally specify the language for it.

  • Select OK and then Save .

• Enter description:

  • Select Description and choose Add .

  • Specify the language of the text and enter the description.

  • Select OK and then Save .

• Specify categories:

  • Select Categories and choose Add .

    An Add Business Categorization dialog box appears.

  • Enter the required data.

    tModel Key - the key that identifies the tModel

    Key Value - the value of the data that is described in the tModel

    Key Name - the name of the data that is described in the tModel

• Specify identifiers

  • Select Identifiers and choose Add .

    An Add Business Entity Identifier dialog box appears.

  • Enter the required data.

• View operation details

  • Select Operational Info .

  • See information about:

    Owner - the publisher who has the authority to change a given entity.

    Owner's node

    Created - the date and time on which the entity was created.

    Modified - the date and time on which the entity was last changed

    Modified including children (available for business services

• Save .
