Deleting a Component System or Measurement Data from the LAW

Use

In the LAW, you can either completely delete one or more component systems from the overview, or delete only the measurement data of these systems.

Prerequisites

You have already entered the data for the component systems or transferred the measurement data to the LAW.

Procedure

Deleting a Component System

  1. Start the License Administration Workbench (transaction SLAW).

  2. On the Systems tab page, choose the Delete Systems function in the Maintain RFC Data view or Remote Actions view.

  3. Select the systems to be deleted.

    The selected systems are removed from the LAW central system with all of their data.

Deleting Only Measurement Data

  1. Start the License Administration Workbench (transaction SLAW).

  2. Choose the Systems tab page in the Measurement Results overview.

  3. Select the systems for which you want to delete data.

  4. Choose the Delete Measurements function.

    The measurement data for all selected systems is deleted from the LAW central system.
