Printing Documents and Folder Content Lists

Context

You can print the content of a document. You can also print the document header and, if necessary, a note and the recipient list. In the folder content list, you can print the list of all the objects contained in a folder.

Procedure

  • Printing a folder content list

    In the folder content list, choose Print List in the list field for .

  • Printing a document

    1. Double-click a document in the folder content list to select it.

    2. Choose .

Results

The document or the folder content list is printed in accordance with your private office settings.
