TREX Monitor

Use

The TREX Monitor is an iView that you can use to manage queues, display important index parameters, empty search and classification caches, and check the availability of the TREX servers.

Integration

The TREX Monitor can be used by all users who have the system administrator role.

Features

The TREX Monitor offers the following functions:

Function Description

Server Status

Displays the status of the TREX server.

You can see which hosts TREX servers are installed on, and whether the servers are available. The server status is displayed first when you navigate to the TREX Monitor.

Display Queues

Displays the status of queues.

Display Queue Entries

Displays information on the processing of documents in a queue.

Edit Queue Parameters

For displaying and Changing Queue Parameters

Delete Queue Entries

For deleting a document from the queue if errors occur.

Change Queue Status

For stopping queues and reactivating them, and triggering the complete processing of a queue.
