Defining Delegation Relationships

Procedure

To define the delegation relationship between the supertype and subtype:

  1. From the SAP menu, choose Start of the navigation pathSAP Menu Next navigation step Tools Next navigation step Business Framework Next navigation step BAPI Development Next navigation step Business Object BuilderEnd of the navigation path, or enter the transaction code SWO1.

  2. Choose Start of the navigation pathSettings Next navigation step Delegation Next navigation step System-WideEnd of the navigation path.

  3. Switch to the change mode and select New Entries.

  4. Enter the name of the original object type (supertype) in the field Object Type and the name of the subtype in the field Delegation Type.

  5. Deactivate the check box GUI-Specific.

  6. Save your entries.
