Features

All campaigns, which are defined by the component profile and for which template orders have been entered in the campaign master data are displayed on a tab page in the Application Area . This list distinguishes between Advertising Management or Media Sales and Distribution .

The call center agent can select the campaign for which they want to enter an order from this list. The agent can use the indicator next to the campaign to identify whether the campaign is business partner-dependent or business partner-independent. The tab page displays the campaigns grouped according to Advertising Management, Media Sales and Distribution, business partner-dependent, and business partner-independent campaigns. If you have entered grouping attributes in campaign master data, you can also group the business partner-dependent and -independent campaigns according to these attributes. The system also displays the template documents assigned to each campaign in master data.

If you select the template document for a campaign, the system creates an order with the data from the template document for this campaign. If you entered free search attributes in the campaign master data, you can also filter the campaigns displayed on the tab page according to these attributes.
