When changes are made to the plan data in the planning worksheet, all associated key figures have to be recalculated. Currency conversion takes place from transaction currency to plan currency.

Prerequisites

  • You have defined version types in Customizing under Start of the navigation path SAP Commercial Project Management Next navigation step Project Cost and Revenue Planning Next navigation step Define Version Types End of the navigation path.

  • You have made the necessary settings for valuation under Customizing for Start of the navigation path SAP Commercial Project Management Next navigation step Project Cost and Revenue Planning Next navigation step Project Valuation End of the navigation path.

  • You have maintained the necessary settings related to currency conversion.

Procedure

  1. Select a single line item to recalculate the key figures for that line item.

    Alternatively, select a cell outside the planning area to recalculate key figures for all the line items.

  2. On the Analysis ribbon in the Financial Planning group, choose Calculate.

    The values for the Cost (Transaction), Revenue (Transaction), Cost (Plan), and Revenue (Plan) cells are calculated.

    Note Note

    The system only calculates key figures for all line items that have unique and valid characteristics.
