This report is based on Progress Analysis of Project System (PS). You use this report to monitor the progress of cost and resource intensive projects that extend over long periods of time.

Features

This report allows you to:

  • Review the extent to which a project has developed

  • Make decisions on whether corrective action is required

  • Compare the planned and actual values for the percentage of completion (POC) (aggregated and nonaggregated)

  • Compare planned and actual earned values

  • Use a graphical visualization of the progress of a project, with the cumulative values of the planned and actual percentage of completion (aggregated and nonaggregated values)
