You create cost estimation alternatives to plan the costs and revenues of change requests in the Project Cost and Revenue Planning application.

Procedure

  1. On the Issue and Change Management screen, choose Change Request, and then Display.

  2. Enter a change request and then choose Display Change Request.

  3. Choose Edit.

  4. Choose Cost Estimation Alternatives.

  5. Choose the Alternative pushbutton.

    Note Note

    The system only allows you to create alternatives for master projects that have an active plan version (see Customizing for Project Cost and Revenue Planning under Define Version Types).
