Replicate Quote 2.0 from SAP CPQ to SAP S/4HANA Sales Order

Use the procedure to access and configure the integration flow used for integration between SAP CPQ and SAP S/4HANA.

Procedure

  1. Access the web UI URL. (It's available in the format: https://<hcitenant>.hana.ondemand.com/itspaces).

  2. All the prepackaged integration flows delivered by SAP are listed in the Discover tab.

    Select the package SAP CPQ Integration with Solution Sales Configuration Cloud edition and SAP S/4HANA.

  3. Choose the Artifacts tab of the package to view the list of Integration flows.

  4. Choose the Actions symbol beside the Integration flow Replicate Quote 2.0 from SAP CPQ to SAP S4 HANA Sales Order.

  5. Select Configure.

  6. After completing the configuration in the Artifacts tab, select Save.

  7. After completing all the configuration steps, select Deploy.

S4 Item Increment Interval

SAP S/4HANA Cloud has another numbering interval than SAP CPQ. The items in the Sales Order might not have subsequent numbering as in SAP CPQ (1,2,3 etc.) but can also be 10,20,30 etc.

In this case, the value would be 10.

This field defines which system has sent the IDoc. This is a mandatory field.
