Defining a Condition Record

For the order type (sales document type) representing sales orders that originate in SAP CPQ, an order confirmation is triggered. For order type ZTAH, for example, order confirmation ZBAH is triggered. Create a condition record for the order type representing sales orders that originate in SAP CPQ to trigger order confirmations.

Procedure

  1. In SAP S/4HANA, call transaction NACE.
  2. For Applicationselect V1 (Sales) and choose Condition records.
  3. Choose Condition records again, then output type ZBAH and Condition records.
  4. Choose Execute and enter the following values:

    SalesDocTy (Sales Document Type)

    ZTAH (standard order)

    Funct ( Partner Function)

    SP (sold-to party)

    Medium

    A (distribution (ALE))

    Date/Time

    4 (send immediately (when saving the application))
  5. Save your entries.
