Overview of Technical Statuses

Use

This function gives you a quick overview of the technical status of selected technical objects, along with their associated orders and notifications.

Features

The system creates a list of the technical statuses assigned to the technical objects selected.

You can use the Status and User Status fields to display the meaning of a particular user status. You can go to the technical object, notification, or order by choosing the Object Key field.

Activities

  1. Start the Overview of Technical Status application (transaction /ISDFPS/LMTST1).

  2. In the Reference Object area, enter selection criteria for the required technical objects.

  3. You can restrict the number of orders and notifications to be displayed for the technical objects by specifying a particular timeframe in which they were created or changed. To do so, enter a timeframe in the Entry Date or Changed On fields, or both.

  4. Choose Execute.

The system creates the overview in accordance with the parameters you entered.
