Use this object to map all the force elements, positions and persons for a wartime situation, as well as their hierarchical relationships.

O = force element, S = position, P = person

All wartime establishment objects are also part of the organizational structure , but not all organizational structure objects are part of the wartime establishment, nor do they have to be included at the same position.
