Settlement Scheduling for New Remuneration Entitlement Selection of Remuneration Subject to Settlement Scheduling:
The system determines which remuneration is subject to settlement scheduling.
The system checks if settlement scheduling is specified in the commission contract.
If settlement scheduling is specified, the system determines the
standard agreement for settlement scheduling
that applies for the commission contract in question and the
characteristic combination number
assigned to the
standard agreement
.
The system starts to run the determination based on the characteristic combination number, in the course of which
the scheduling rules
are determined.
Setting options for the determination:
The CombTypeNo (no. of characteristic combination type) is assigned to a selection table. The system runs a dynamic search with the information available at runtime. In this case, business object data, for example, can affect the search result, or
The CombTypeNo is assigned directly to the
calculating object type
(
CalcObjTyp)
and the
scheduling rule (CalcObjID)
. In this case, the system always finds the same scheduling rule for the same standard scheduling agreement.
Note
A selection table always needs to be used if the system is to use the information available during runtime for dynamic determination. If you define the selection criteria, you determine the fields that the remuneration metastructure is to take into account during the search run.
If you decide not to use selection tables for the determination, note the following: If you directly assign the
CombTypeNo
(no. of characteristic combination type) to the calculating object type
(CalcObjTyp)
and the scheduling rule
(CalcObjID)
, the system always finds the same scheduling rule for the same standard agreement for settlement scheduling.
Settlement Scheduling for Commission Document:
The systems checks whether or not the current remuneration line has a correction relationship with another remuneration.
Further, the system determines whether there is an overlap between the rules found and those for which there is an agreement in the commission document. If more than one rule has been agreed on in the commission contract, the system chooses the rule with the highest priority (depending on how the priority is defined in the commission contract).
If no correction relationship exists, the system creates a new settlement schedule for the current remuneration. The remuneration entitlement that is ready for disbursement is distributed over a specific number of dates within a predetermined period (settlement schedule horizon) according to the specifications of the scheduling rule.
If a correction relationship exists with another remuneration, the existing settlement schedule for that remuneration is taken into account.
The system has determined
