Creating a New Virtual Host

Procedure

With Default Settings

  1. In SAP NetWeaver Administrator, choose Java HTTP Provider Configuration.

  2. In the Virtual Hosts tab, choose Create .

  3. Create Dialog box appears. Specify the name of the virtual host in the New Virtual Host Name field.

  4. Choose the system this virtual host is created on from the System Name dropdown list.

  5. Choose OK .

Cloning an Existing Virtual Host

  1. In the Virtual Hosts tab, select the virtual host you want to clone from the table.

  2. To create a new virtual host with the same settings as the selected one, choose Copy .

  3. Create Dialog box appears. Specify the name of the new virtual host in the New Virtual Host Name field.

  4. Choose OK .

The new virtual host is created in the same system as the original virtual host.
