Standard Queries for the Transaction Manager

SAP Query supports a wide range of options for defining reports (queries) and creating different report types, such as basic lists, statistics and ranked lists. Reports (queries) are simple to create. By selecting an InfoSet, you can specify which fields in the query you require for evaluations.

Several sample standard queries have been defined based on the InfoSets for the Transaction Manager . You can use these standard queries:

  • For immediate execution as they are

  • As templates for your own queries

    • You can use the queries delivered with the system for creating your own queries, or add further characteristics and key figures to reflect your own requirements.

    • However, you can only copy queries if you have change authorization.

    • You can copy all queries within a user group. Queries from other user groups can only be copied if the InfoSet used to define the query is assigned to both user groups.

The standard queries are located in the report structure of the Transaction Manager Information System as well as in transaction SAP Query: Start Queries [SQ00] under the user group /SAPQUERY/T1 = Queries for the TRM area.
