Display an invoice print preview in SAP TM

An invoice print preview is a successor of the TM forwarding settlement document containing TM-specific attributes at item level, such as distance, dimension, package type, and container type. It also contains standard invoice attributes added from ERP, such as bill-to and tax condition types. But it is a simulation which means that when you display it in SAP TM, the invoice has not been saved yet within SAP ERP at this point of time.

Save the invoice data in SAP ERP

In SAP TM when you transfer the Forwarding Settlement Document (FWSD), all the data is saved in SAP ERP, including the TM-specific attributes. For example, TM attributes such as the waybill number, source location, and destination location, can be included in the billing document printed out in SAP ERP.
