Inserting System Symbols

Choose Insert  Symbols  System. The dialog window System Symbols: Tables appears.

Select the desired table.

Select Choose. The dialog window System Symbols: Fields from <table> appears.

Select the desired field.

If you want to use the formatting options for system symbols, choose Options. Fill in the respective fields and choose Continue.

Select Choose.

The system inserts the field.
