Previewing and Printing Documents

Use

You can display SAPscript documents in formatted form on the screen while you are editing it.

In the print preview, you can check line and page breaks, and, if necessary, correct them before printing.

Prerequisites

The text is formatted according to the form and style selected. Includes and symbols are resolved in the preview, and hypertext links are also activated.

Procedure

Print Preview

Choose Start of the navigation pathText Next navigation step Print PreviewEnd of the navigation path.

Printing Documents

  1. Choose Start of the navigation pathText Next navigation step PrintEnd of the navigation path. The Print: General Standard Text <Text Name> dialog box appears.

  2. Enter the name of the output device to which you want to send the document and the number of copies.

  3. In the Page Selection field, you can determine which pages you want to print. The parameters n and nm symbolize the page numbers you select.

    1. Choose Print. The print command is confirmed by a message.
