Use

Employees can use the applications in this area to:

Enter address information

Enter bank details

Enter personal and family data

In addition, employees can also use various country-specific applications in this area.

You can perform Customizing on Personal Information applications for your employees.

If you use an Employee Interaction Center (EIC) , it also contains standard applications in the Personal Information area, such as those for authenticating and sending a query to an EIC.

If you have created a customer field in the back-end system for the Personal Data area and want to display the field on the user interface, proceed as follows:

In the Create Infotype transaction (PM01), add the field to the infotype.

In the ABAP Dictionary, manually add the country-specific CI includes CI_xx_Rnnnn to the corresponding RFC structures HCMT_BSP_PA_xx_Rnnnn (where xx stands for the country version, nnnn for the infotype.)
