Filtering Features
SAP Medical Research Insights provides the following features related to filtering:

| Filter cards | Enable users to restrict data when building a cohort or analyzing patient data |
| Basic data filter card | Enable users to filter by patient information that is not specific to any single interaction with a healthcare provider |
| Interaction filter cards | Represent different types of interactions with healthcare providers and therefore enable users to filter by specific interaction types |
| Genomic filter cards | Enable users to filter for patients for which genome sequencing has been carried out and for which variants have been identified at specific locations of the genome |
| Combination of filter cards | Enables users to combine filter cards in a number of ways to identify patients who have had certain interactions or complex combinations of interactions that meet specific criteria. Users can apply Boolean logic to find patients in the patient set that meet the following criteria:

| Filter attributes | Enable users to specify which data filters are applied. Users can add or remove filter attributes on filter cards. Filter attributes can have data types such as text, free text, number, and date.
