Setting Up the Keyword Catalog

Procedure

To set up the keyword catalog, choose the IMG activity Start of the navigation pathCustomizing for Record Models, Records and Documents Next navigation step Create or Change Keyword CatalogEnd of the navigation path.

Proceed as follows:

  1. Choose Create Catalog.

    The system displays the Create Catalog dialog box. Here you specify the name and the catalog properties. The catalog property Editing Keywords is available.

  2. Activate this property so that the user can edit existing keywords.

    If the property Free Input of Keywords is activated, you can add new keywords.

    You can also activate the property Display Keywords in Uppercase, and set the Catalog Language.

  3. Confirm your entries by choosing .

  4. To edit the catalog, choose Catalog Administration.

    A dialog box is displayed in which you can edit and enter the keywords.

    • Choose Insert Keyword as Subnode or Insert Keyword on Same Level.

      The system displays a subscreen. Here, you can enter the name and a description of the keyword. Confirm. The keyword has been added to the catalog.

    • To edit the keyword, select it and choose Change.

    • You can also use the functions Delete, Print, and Search.
