Service Provider for BDS Documents

Use

The Service Provider for BDS Documents can insert documents stored using the Business Document Service (BDS) into Records Management.

SP POID Parameters

  • DOC_CLASS: Document class of the document

  • DOC_GUID: GUID of the document

Connection Parameters

You have the option of specifying the technical name of a document area as the value. This entry is evaluated during the document search. The search is performed using the Document Finder. If you enter a document area, the user sees only this document area in the document finder. If you do not enter a value here, the user will be offered all document areas.
