To define the specific employee as authorized to retrieve the XML file directly from SEFAZ, on the Employee Master Data window → Personal tab, select the Authorization to Retrieve NFe from SEFAZ field. Employees (CPF), Business Partners (CNPJ) or third parties without BP Master Data can be reported as having this authorization. In addition, a valid CPF must be filled for this employee. A maximum of 10 CNPJs or CPFs can be defined.
