For Incoming Payments: the Folio number assigned to the bill of exchange after it was printed, the user can not change this data. For bill of exchange that is not yet printed this field is empty and not editable.

For Outgoing Payments: the user specifies the Folio number for the outgoing bill of exchange. After the Outgoing Payment is added, the user can not change this field. If the user hasn't assigned the Folio number before adding the Outgoing Payment, the user can assign it by using the Folio Number Assignment function, after printing the document.
