To be able to use the Web service interface for communication with your service provider rather than middleware, you must make Customizing settings for the Billing Consolidation (FIN-FSCM-BC) component.

Procedure

  1. You do this in the Customizing activity Define Basic Settings.

    You access this Customizing activity in Customizing for Financial Supply Chain Management under Start of the navigation path Billing Consolidation Next navigation step General Settings Next navigation step Define Basic Settings End of the navigation path.

  2. Choose Web Service as the middleware to be used.

  3. Save your entries.
