Change Scenario
Use
You can use this function to edit the figures in the costing scenarios so that you can experiment with how anticipated organizational or pay structure changes will impact personnel costs.
You can also use this function when you want to continue working in a previously saved and exited scenario.
Note
You cannot edit more than one scenario group at a tiime. You must open and work on each scenario individually.
Features
The system displays the scenario data in tabstrip format listing the actual amount and the reference amount per organizational unit, cost center and cost object. You can simply select the object that you want to edit and choose
Maintain cost items.
The tabstrip screen includes a drill-down feature which means that you can view and change the underlying details of an item in the list simply by double clicking on it.
Activities
Open the scenario that you want to edit
Make the necessary changes
Compare your scenario to other scenarios
When you are happy with the results, save your scenario
