Features

You use this iView as the checklist item responsible to confirm the checklist item as finished. The following overview contains the key steps you carry out in this process.

Confirm Checklist Item

The user-defined worklist My Checklist Items contains the released checklist items that you have not yet finished.

  • The list displays important information for the individual checklist items, such as the project and the finish date.

  • The number of documents is displayed.

    Confirmation

    You can confirm the following data using the dropdown box.

  • Status Select a status . You can only set the Finished status for checklist items if you set the result to status OK beforehand.

  • If you confirm the status Finished , the checklist item no longer appears in this list.

  • Result Choose an entry, for example, Open or Not Relevant .

Other editing options for the chosen checklist item are the self-service Create E-Mail and editing in the cProjects application.

Undo

The Change column gives you an overview of your activities in the current session . The system shows whether the checklist items in your session were edited ( changed ). If you want to reverse these actions for one or more checklist items, select these checklist items and choose Undo Changes or Undo All Changes .

Once you have completed the confirmation for all checklists, choose Review .

Review and Save

All changed data is displayed in an overview. This data is in the buffer.

  • If you want to edit confirmation data again, choose Confirm Checklist Item .

  • If all confirmation data is correct, choose Save .

    The system saves all data to the database and branches to the final step Completed .

    If an error occurs, the system issues an error message and no data is saved to the database.
