Story and Page Filter (Specifics for SAP BW)
SAP BW usage restrictions that you need to be aware of when you use SAP Analytics Cloud story or page filters.
Dynamic filters that are defined in BW Query designer are not supported in SAP Analytics Cloud story or page filters.
Zero suppression query settings will always be disabled.
Hierarchy Variables
Hierarchy variables shouldn't be used if your story contains story or page filters. The page filters don't change to match your hierarchy when you use the variable prompt to change your hierarchy values.
Drilling on Unassigned Nodes
Drilling on an unassigned node doesn't return consistent results. If you drill on an unassigned node in your chart and save and close the story, when you reopen the story the saved data is not returned. To resolve this issue, deploy the following SAP Note to your SAP BW server:

Show Un-Compounded Key
Display the un-compounded key in a story when you want to see the part of a compounded key that makes sense in the current query context.
Your data includes regions and countries, but a region is not uniquely identifiable without the country. If there is no filter set on the country, you always see the compounded key.
However, if you restrict a widget to a single country, you will want to see the un-compounded key. (This restriction can happen via story filter, page filter, or widget filter.)
Only the key display of the member values is changed, not the description fields. This means that there is a difference only if the widget shows the key for a dimension.
To include un-compounded keys in your story, do the following.
The option to show un-compounded keys is only available for the optimized story experience.
