Managing Stories

You can open, create, edit, and share Stories in the Stories side navigation. When you open a Story, it will open in View Mode by default. You can switch to edit mode by selecting the Edit button.

Create a New Story

You can create a new Story from the story side navigation. For more information, see Create a New Story.

Change the Name or Description of a Story

Do one of the following:
  • From the () Main Menu/navigation bar, select Files.

    • Select the check box for the Story and select (Edit).

  • With a Story open, choose Start of the navigation path(Edit Story) Next navigation step Story DetailsEnd of the navigation path.

Copy a Story

You can copy an entire Story to a new Story. To copy a Story, do the following:

  1. From the () Main Menu/navigation bar, select Files, select the check box for the Story you want to copy, and then select (Copy to).
  2. (Optional) Specify the Story's path – you can select public or samples.
    Note
    A public Story is visible to all users.
  3. Enter a unique name for the Story.
    Note
    Valid characters are alphanumeric characters and underscores. Spaces can be included but not at the start or end of a name.
  4. Enter an optional description.

Share Stories

You can share a story, and change the sharing settings. For more information, see Share Stories or Global Bookmarks
