Keyboard Shortcuts for Story Pages

You can use some key combinations (keyboard shortcuts) to move around and to move objects around SAP Analytics Cloud story pages.

On Windows, use the Ctrl key and on Mac use the Command key.

As in other programs, you can also select ranges (using the Shift key with the cursor) or select specific values (using the Ctrl or Command key).


Nudge single object or multiple objects a pixel at a time	Arrow Keys
Move an object in 10-pixel increments	`Shift` + Arrow Keys
Save	`Ctrl` + `S` `Command` + `S`
Save as	`Ctrl` + `Shift` + `S` `Command` + `Shift` + `S`
Select all objects on the page	`Ctrl` + `A` `Command` + `A`
Select multiple objects: `Shift` selects all objects in a range, `Ctrl` (`Command`) selects specific objects.	`Ctrl` + Click `Command` + Click `Shift` + Click on both
