    Team Signature

Use the team signature to identify who is authorized to modify the story.
    Note

When the story is modified by someone who isn't a member of the team, a warning message is displayed instead of the team name through a dynamic text that puts a mark in the story as a trust factor.

  4. Open the Designer and select the Styling panel.
  5. In the Dynamic Text section, change the following options.
    • Show excluded values as strikethrough

    • Number of values displayed

If you enter the number 5, the first 5 values are displayed in the specified input control, and extra values will be specified in parentheses.

For example, if the input control has 15 members and you chose to display only 5 members, the text will indicate that there are 10 more members in the input control: “(and 10 more)”.

  6. Select Create.

Results

The dynamic text has been added to the story. The text will be updated based on the values from the source or filter, or from any filters applied to dimensions.
