Granting Permissions for Analytic Applications

As the owner of the analytic applications you created, you can share individual analytic applications with other users and grant permissions for these applications.

Note

Note that the users with whom you want to share the analytic applications need to have roles with corresponding permissions assigned to them.

Example

If you grant update access for an individual analytic application to a user whose assigned role does not have update access to analytic applications in general, the user will not be able to change the analytic application you shared.

Procedure

From the Main Menu, select Browse Files.
Select the analytic application you want to share and select Manage Sharing Settings....

Select permissions for All Users, or for individual users or user groups under User/Team.

Option	Description
Full Access	Users can view, change, and delete the shared analytic applications.
Read Access	Users can view the shared analytic applications and navigate the data.
Update Access	Users can change the shared analytic applications.
Delete Access	Users can delete the shared analytic applications.

(Optional) Select Add Users and Teams, and choose individual teams or users from the list, then assign permissions to teams or users.
Select Save.
